I had a keloid removed here a few months ago and the doctors and nurses explained the procedure and the after effects really well. My ear has healed very well as the doctor gave me advice on what to do to promote healing. I would recommend it.

It's been 3 weeks since my keloid removal surgery on my ear. It went really well and after to two weeks of surgery, I went back for stitches removal. Everything is explained properly and clearly by Dr Sha and the surgeion , very nice customer service from other staff too. If there was any question, even the smallest things they are very quick to respond and very helpful.

I had a keloid removed from my ear at the Renew Skin Clinic. I am really happy with the results, the plastic surgery was very neat and the whole process was seamless. The staff in the clinic made me feel really welcome and safe. Dr Jha has been very helpful and informative regarding aftercare and preventing a keloid returning. The price of the keloid removal was also excellent and considerably cheaper than alternatives in my area of Solihull. I have attached pictures of the keloid before and after removal.

I had two ear keloid scars following ear piercings removed here by Dr Jha, and his plastic surgeon Mr Mohan and I am very happy with the results so far. I have been looking for someone to remove them as nobody would do it but Dr Jha would do it for me, it mentally affected me and meant I couldn't go out of the house without wearing a hat or plaster, those days are behind me now. 5* thank you again.

I have had keloid surgery from this clinic and I will start by saying I cannot recommend this clinic enough. Dr Jha and his staff are the most helpful, friendly and professional people i have ever met i thank god I found this clinic, my keloid was severely affecting my mental health before I found Dr Jha now it’s it’s not a thought on my mind. I recently contacted the clinic for my daughter who had a keloid from a piercing on her ear cartilage. We were given an appointment quickly. The treatment was explained and performed efficiently and successfully which was great for me and my daughter as there was no time to be wasted. We went back to have the stiches removed.
